We loved checking out the free concerts at Nicollet Island Park and Lake Harriet Bandshell. Plus, hitting up the Mall of America was amazing, especially with the indoor amusement park. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, and the check-in might take some time.
We were disappointed by the lack of toiletries when we arrived. They said they ran out of soap, which was inconvenient.

I enjoyed the cozy balcony with a stunning city view. The clean and spacious room made our stay feel special like Carlos & Fernanda's anniversary trip.
Felt taken care of, no complaints at all.

The hotel offered a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable room, which made our stay enjoyable. However, we faced some issues with delayed check-in and misleading breakfast hours that disrupted our plans. It’s suitable for families looking for convenience, but be cautious with the restaurant hours.

During our stay, we loved exploring the nearby Mall of America, which was a blast for our kids! With its indoor amusement park and aquarium, we spent hours enjoying all the attractions. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, perfect for our family's needs.
My kids wished for a bit more accessibility to housekeeping services to keep our room tidy. It would be great if there were daily cleaning, especially when traveling with a larger family like ours.

The hotel features a clean and modern room with a comfortable bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. Its central location made it easy to explore the city. However, the check-in process was slow, and some staff could have been more welcoming. It would also be beneficial to improve the bathroom lighting for morning routines.

The central location is a major plus, with easy access to attractions and helpful staff who provided friendly service. The restaurant offers fantastic food, enhancing the overall experience. However, early check-in was overpriced at $40, and public transportation options could have been clearer, especially for those unfamiliar with the area. While the bar was nice, it wasn't particularly memorable.

Great downtown location with friendly staff
My stay in this well-located hotel was enjoyable, with a fabulous team that made me feel welcomed. The room was comfortable, with lovely amenities including complimentary bottled water and delightful soaps. I particularly appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. However, the parking garage was somewhat tight and challenging to navigate.

The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay, they really made us feel welcomed. It was also nice that we could have breakfast in our room while enjoying a view that kept the sunlight out, not picturesque but kinda chill.
Not the cheapest place to stay, but honestly, it was still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 12culinary escapeclean roomamazing locationpoor servicelack of amenities
If you’re after a culinary escape, the spare ribs at FireLake Grill are legendary! Pair that with an amazing location—so close to Fhima's and Starbucks, you can almost smell the coffee from your room. Loved that our room was cozy and clean too!
But let’s keep it real, the service was hit-or-miss. No body wash or proper mini bar, and housekeeping was sparse—only every three days? Not cool! Breakfast was a flop compared to what they charge, and the night staff could be friendlier. Just sayin’!
